DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION -
This offer is sponsored by Mountain lakes Resort as part
of an advertising plan for its resort program and is
designed to be of particular interest to families with a
combined income of $50,000.00 or more who are 25 years
and older, residents of California & presently employed
or retired YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE,
CHECKBOOK AND/OR MAJOR CREDIT CARD. If married, engaged,
co-habitating, or in a significant relationship, BOTH
you and your spouse must complete our informative
90-minute presentation. We ask that if you have children
to bring them with you on this family outing. There is
no obligation to purchase to claim your gift. Mountain
lakes resort reserves the right to substitute a gift of
equal or greater value. Burlingame Industries, Inc.
employees, contractors and vendors and their immediate
families and other persons who have attended a Mountain
Lakes Resort presentation within the past 5 years are
not eligible to claim gifts or major prizes. These
offers and all prizes are non-transferable and can not
